• A copy of each driver's work record book including all entries made for each day the vehicle is used. This must include all log-in and log-out times, destinations, and any other required information.

• Drivers may be prohibited from using a mobile phone while driving, including when the vehicle is stationary, but only if the driver has been informed of this condition in writing and agreed to it.

• A record of each incident where a driver has contravened road rules or had their PVP (Public passenger Vehicle) authority suspended and details and date and time of any such offences committed by other staff employed by the provider.

• A record of all defect notices issued to vehicles used under a contract and ensure that any defects identified in such notices are rectified before using the vehicle again for passenger transport.
